Mark student attendance

When to use this procedure

Follow the steps below to indicate a student has attended a class.

Steps to complete

  1. On the Scheduling window, right-click a class and click Add Attendance. The Create Attendance Record window displays.
  2. Select the student who attended class in the Student box.
  3. Enter the time the student arrived to class in the Start Time boxes.
  4. Enter the time the student left class in the End Time boxes.
  5. Click OK.
